Office Revolution provides a full suite of design and furnishing services that serve markets across the country. When I was hired to work with the organization, I led and implemented a re-brand of the organization to modernize the look and feel of the company, which led to winning projects such as McDonald's Global Headquarters, Chicago Cubs, Glassdoor Headquarters, and many more.
WHAT I DID
When I first started at Office Revolution, I was hired as the Marketing Specialist for the organization. Within 8 months, I was promoted to the Manager of Marketing and Branding for Office Revolution, as well as the three sister brands that are also within the company's ecosphere. I was a member of the leadership team and I had the opportunity to grow and oversee a team of marketers to bring the company-wide visions to life.
To further establish ourselves as a premier furniture dealer and to set ourselves apart from competition, I led the organization through a redevelopment of our website. I led the decision making process from start to finish, including picking the CMS that we were going to use, all the way to the formal launch and promotion of the new site. Because of the additional insight into case studies and projects that our company has done, in tandem with additional opportunities for content creation and promotion, we saw an immediate increase in revenue and ROI throughout the business.
Because of increased growth of the entire organization, I helped lead the opening of multiple new, physical office spaces for the organization, including new offices in Chicago, the Chicago suburbs, Columbus, and Raleigh. I was involved in everything from helping design the space and curate furniture to planning launch parties to celebrate the new space with internal and external stakeholders.
The growth of Office Revolution led to creating sub-divisions of teams within the organization, which I helped lead and establish in the marketplace through marketing techniques and tactics. One of these divisions, LivingRevolution, is a leader in the space because of our effective promotion and activation of the brand.
I led the ideation, development, production, and execution of all photography and videography across the country for all of our spaces. Through effective creation of these visual assets, we were able to tell vibrant stories of the projects that we brought to life, leading to the immense growth of the company as a whole.
To differentiate ourselves within the marketplace, we partnered with premier, professional sports teams, such as the Chicago Cubs, the Chicago Blackhawks, the Chicago Bears, and Columbus Crew, to expand our brand presence and awareness. As the marketing leader, I was in charge of managing and facilitating these partnerships, which involved planning co-branded events, engaging with media, creating visual collateral for promotional efforts, writing scripts for our on-air time, and designing our digital and physical banners, advertisements, and activations.
